Guest Lecture on Financial Modeling & Forecasting

As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with CFA Society Sri Lanka, the Department of Financial Management at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Jaffna, organized a guest lecture. The lecture was held on 24th July 2023, Wednesday, at 11.15 am in the Faculty Auditorium. The event was conducted in collaboration with CFA Society Sri Lanka and Acuity Knowledge Partners. The guest lecture was presented by Mr. Kasun Thanthrimudalige, CFA, who currently serves as the Associate Director at Acuity Knowledge Partners. Despite the virtual format, Mr. Kasun shared his valuable practical experiences on the topics of Financial Modeling and Forecasting. The lecture was attended by approximately 100 students from the 3rd year, who actively participated in the session.
